Hey, I'm Dani! The Baptist University Residence Hall is a safe, convenient and affordable option for our students. Living on campus is a great opportunity for students to become a part of the campus community and create long-lasting friendships. Students who live on campus have the unique ability to connect with peers and receive support from Residence Life staff. Our residence hall offers students an environment for fun, wellness, and academic success. We can't wait for you to make Baptist University your home. Hey, everyone. If you're considering making Baptist your home, you're probably wondering what your room might look like. So come on it. As you can see, there's lots of opportunities to make the space your own and put your own personal touch in. Baptist will provide you with beds, end tables, dressers, and even desks. Your room is a great place to hang out and relax, get some sleep, but also get some work done and some private quiet study space. As you can see, there's lots of room for your school supplies in these drawers. There's lights that make your studying, easy to do. And there's even a balcony out here that you can use to overlook the rest of the building or use for extra storage. Through here you'll see a closet space that you can share along with dressers that Baptist also furnishes. You also get your own private bathroom and won't have to share it with the rest of the hall.
We hope this gave you a better idea of what your room might look like here at Baptist. If you're interested, you can also come visit us in person just coordinate with your admissions counselor.
Hi, I'm Caryn Schmitz, the licensed counselor on campus. I provide counseling services to our students on a variety of issues such as managing your stress, academic support, depression, anxiety, relationships, family issues, grief, school-life balance, and substance abuse. In addition to counseling, you have access to a psychiatric nurse practitioner for medication evaluations, all at no cost. At Baptist Health Sciences University, we understand the value of supporting students, holistically. We have so many resources and programs throughout this trimester to support your well-being. Your mental health is a priority to us and embedded in our institution's culture, we aim to create a place of care and compassion.
